- Prepare 1/2 cup of Curd (120 ml).
- It's 1/2 cup of Refined oil (120 ml).
- Prepare 1 cup of All-purpose flour (140 gram).
- It's 2/3 cup of Powdered sugar (80 gram).
- You need 1/4 cup of Cocoa powder (35 gram).
- Prepare 1 tsp of Baking powder.
- It's 1 /2 tsp of Baking soda.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Coffee powder.
- You need 1/2 cup of Fresh cream (120 ml).
- It's 1 Cup of Chopped dark chocolate and 1/4 cup for garnishing.
- It's 1 tsp of Butter.
- It's 1/2 Cup of Milk.
Eggless Chocolate Cake instructions
- Mix curd and oil for 2 - 3 minutes continously by a hand whisk..
- Sieve all dry ingredients then mix the cake batter by cut and fold method..
- Add milk and beat for 3-4 min..
- Don't over mix the cake batter. your cake batter is ready now..
- Transfer the batter in a Grease cake tin..
- Preheat Kadai for 10 min in low flame.Then set the cake Tin in kadai and bake for 40 minutes in low flame..
- After 40 minutes open the lid and check the cake by a toothpick.if it will come clear then your cake is ready..
- Cool completely then demould the cake and divide the cake into two layers by using a knife..
- Brush 1 tsp sugar syrup in each layer..
- Warm up fresh cream a little then add chopped dark chocolate and butter mix continously for 2-3 minutes..
- Put a layer of chocolate ganache and spread evenly then set another layer and cover the cake with chocolate ganache.spread well and decorate with a chocolate flower...
- Keep it in fridge for 2 hours..
- Chocolate cake is ready..
