- preheat oven to 180°C.
- greace 2 pans of 9 inch and line with butter paper.
- seive together flour ,cocoa and add salt init.
- add together milk and malt powder.
- add cream and butter milk together and beat it and set aside.
- in a bowl beat eggs ,caster sugar and oil well,then add flour mixture,sour cream mixture and malt mixture altenatively in three batches and beat well.
