1. You need 2 cup of All-purpose flour.
2. Prepare 1 cup of milk.
3. Prepare 1 cup of Malai/cream.
4. It's 1.5 cup of sugar.
5. It's 1 tbsp of Baking powder.
6. You need 1 tsp of Baking Soda.
7. You need 1 tbsp of Vanilla Essences.

Eggless Vanilla Cake instructions

1. Blend Milk,Cream/Malai and sugar till sugar is well dissolved (2 mins).The liquid mixture is ready..
2. Sieve All-purpose flour, baking powder& baking soda in a bowl.Add the liquid mixture and mix it well then add vanailla essences.
3. Preheat the oven at 180°. Bake it for 1 hour.To check if the bake is well baked poke the cake with a knife,cake mixture shouldnt stick to the knife..
