- In a mixing bowl take Mango puree.Add semolina.mix well,add powder sugar. Add oil.whisk it with hand whisker and mix well.Cover and rest for 10 minutes..
- Pre heat cooker for 10 minutes.keep a metal stand in it.remove gasket and whistle from the lid.After 10 minutes the mixture becomes slightly thick.so add 1-2 tbsp milk to adjust the cake batter consistency..
- Now add baking powder and baking soda to the batter.Mix well.The batter becomes fluffy and light.Grease the cake tin with butter and maida..
- Pour cake batter in the greased cake tin and tap 2-3 times to spread it evenly.Sprinkle almonds,pistachios and cashew slices on it.Press lightly with hand..
- Keep the cake batter tray in preheated cooker and bake it on Medium flame for 25-30 mins. Baking in cooker gives nice colour.After 25 min check the cake by inserting a toothpick.If comes out clean,cake is baked.If not then bake for another 5 min.Gives out pleasant aroma..
