  1. In a mixing bowl take Mango puree.Add semolina.mix well,add powder sugar. Add oil.whisk it with hand whisker and mix well.Cover and rest for 10 minutes..
  2. Pre heat cooker for 10 minutes.keep a metal stand in it.remove gasket and whistle from the lid.After 10 minutes the mixture becomes slightly thick.so add 1-2 tbsp milk to adjust the cake batter consistency..
  3. Now add baking powder and baking soda to the batter.Mix well.The batter becomes fluffy and light.Grease the cake tin with butter and maida..
  4. Pour cake batter in the greased cake tin and tap 2-3 times to spread it evenly.Sprinkle almonds,pistachios and cashew slices on it.Press lightly with hand..
