1. Prepare 1 1/4 cup of Flour/Maida.
2. You need 3/4 cup of Sugar.
3. You need 1/2 cup of Fresh Orange Juice.

5. It's 1/2 cup of Yoghurt.
6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Vanilla essence.
7. It's 3/4 tsp of Baking Soda.

1. Mix yoghurt and sugar (powdered) until sugar is dissolved..
2. Now add oil, vanilla essence and orange juice with the curd and sugar mixture and mix well using a hand whisker. Add baking powder and baking soda, mix and keep aside for a minute..
3. You can see bubbles forming, now add the flour and mix well without forming lumps. Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180-200°C. Done !!.
