- It's 1 cup of Hot milk.
- It's 1/4 cup of +2 tbsp butter.
- It's 1 tsp of cardamom powder.

- Prepare 4 tbsp of milk powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Baking powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.
- Prepare 2 tsp of vinegar.
- Prepare 3/4 Cup of whipping cream.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cardamon powder.
- You need of Yellow food colour.
- You need 1 cup of rasmalai milk.
- You need 250 gm of rasmalai.
- Prepare 1 cup of pista chopped.
Eggless Rasmalai Cake instructions
- In a bowl add hot milk and add butter to it. Then mix it well until butter is melted.Then add cardamom powder. And mix well..
- Then in another bowl add flour, sugar,milk powder,baking powder,and baking soda and whisk all the ingredients well..
- Then gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. And whisk until well combined.Then add the vinegar and mix well..
- Then in a greased tin pour the cake mixture and bake it in preheated 180 degree oven for about 35-40 mins or when the toothpick came out clean..
- Then let the cake cool completely. And cut the cake into 3 slices..
- Take one slice of cake and put it in cake board and pour some rasmalai milk to it. Then wait until all the milk is soaked..
- Then Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks formed and put some yellow food colour and mix well..
- Then put some whipping cream in the cake and spread well. Then put some pieces of rasmalai in the cake and top with another piece of cake..
- Then repeat the procedure. Then cover the cake with whipping cream and top it with pista and rasmalai...And chill it in fridge and serve😀😀.
