Sewiyan Custard Pudding step by step

  1. Heat a pan add ghee roast the semiya, transfer a plate.In the same pan add dryfruits roast a while.Off the flame.
  2. Now heat another pan add milk,& khoya& 2tbsp sugar,Stir continuously till it's becomes half,niw put roasted semiya mix it well & stir countinuously.Add dryfruits& green cadamompowder mix it well,off the flame..
  3. Take a pan add milk,fresh cream& milkmaid mix it well &cooked till milk started boiling.
  4. In the meantime mix the custard powder with s half cup milk.Mix this mixture with milk,stir continuously.Cooked till it's becomes thik,add some chopped dryfruits.Off the gas,& cool it.
  5. Cut all fresh fruit pieces..
  6. Take a glass container put cube colourful jelly,some.chop dryfruits,than filled with semiya kheer,than chop freshfruits & chop vanilla cake..
  7. Than cover with vanilla custard,than fresh fruits, dryfruits.Freeze it 1 hour.After one hour serve it..
