- In a bowl whisk condensed milk and oil.
- Sieve all dry ingredients.
- Mix mango and 1/4cup milk make puree.mix 1/2milk and 1 tsp vinegar.
- Use cut and fold technique to mix dry ingredients in a wet one and mix milk and mango puree to make a flowing consistency batter.
- Grease the cake tin with oil and flour and pour the batter.
