  1. In a bowl whisk condensed milk and oil.
  2. Sieve all dry ingredients.
  3. Mix mango and 1/4cup milk make puree.mix 1/2milk and 1 tsp vinegar.
  4. Use cut and fold technique to mix dry ingredients in a wet one and mix milk and mango puree to make a flowing consistency batter.
  5. Grease the cake tin with oil and flour and pour the batter.
