  1. Pre heat the oven at 180°.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl using an electric mixer just until all the ingredients are combined.
  3. Grease a cake tin with butter and pour the mixture into the cake tin.
  4. Bake at 180°c for about 45-50 minutes or until a tooth pick when inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
