Eggless Vanilla cup cake instructions

1. In a bowl add mikk and vinegar leave it for 2 minute it will curdle.
2. Add butter,sugar, vanilla essence and mix it well.
3. Seive all the dry ingredients.
4. Mix and make a batter,line up mould with paper cup cake.
5. Kadain with salt preheat for 10 min.oven preheated at 180 degree. Bake for 20 min.
6. All the muffins baked, cover with damp cloth and cool down completely.
7. In a pan add sugar, milk.milk boiled add flour and whisk continiously so that lumps not formed.
8. Cook for 5 min till the mixture thicken up and leave the bottom pan add vanilla extract too.
9. Take out in a bowl cover with cling film and cool down completely.in a separate bowl whisk butter tills it's fluffy and light.
