  9. Add the beaten egg whites all at once and gently fold into the mixture. The mixture will look lumpy, that’s normal, it should have lumps. Don’t over mix it..
  10. Butter your cake dish, line it with flour, tip out any excess flour.pour the mixture.
  11. Bake it at 160°c for 50 to 60 min. don't forget to preheat the oven at 160 °c.
  12. Leave to cool on wire rack for an hour then refrigerate two hours before unmoulding..
  13. Dust top with icing sugar, slice and serve.
