Super Soft & Sopngy Vanila Custard Cake Without Egg & Butter step by step
- Take tin & Grease, add 1 tbsp Maida & dusting in tin.
- Preheat the kadhai.
- Cover & preheat the kadhai.
- Take a bowl & Sieve. Add 1 cup maida, ½ cup sugar powder,¼ milk powder, 1 tbsp vanila custard powder, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ baking soda and ¼ tsp salt.
- Sieve all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Take another bowl. Add ½ cup fresh curd, ¼ cup oil, ¼ tsp vanila essence,.
- Mix well.
- Add ½ cup milk & mix well.
- Add dry ingredients & mix lightly.
- Add 1 tsp lemon juice & mix well.
- Pour batter the tin.
- Bake in preheat kadhai in 5 min on medium flame and 40 minutes in low flame.
- After 45 minutes.
- Cool it and remove the Cake.
- Cut it.
