Mango Glaze eggless cake instructions
- Wash peel dessed chop mango & made puree/paste in blender.if needed add 1-2 spoon water to blend smoothly.
- Make glaze.take 1/2 cup puree.add to pot with 1 cup water & powder sugar.when it comes to boil add cornflour slurry & mix well..
- Let slurry mix well with continue stirring.no lumps.the glaze start to thicken & shine. Remove from heat.let it cool completely.
- Make batter. Sift flour with salt,baking powder baking soda powder sugar together.
- Add oil,yoghurt,mango puree in flour & fold gently..
- Fold batter till all ingredients are well mixed.grease a round tin of 6 inches.preheat oven at 180° for 10 min..
- Pour batter in mould.make it smooth.bake in oven at 180°c for 35-40 min. Do check at 30 mint..
- When cake is done.let it cool down completely.take out from tin..
