- Take a bowl. Add maida, rice flour, fennel seeds, sugar and salt. Mix.....well..

- Heat oil in Kadai. When the oil is hot. Dip the could for few minutes..
- Then dip in batter. The batter will stick to the mould..
- Then dip in hot oil. Wait till it become brown in colour..
- Take out the rose cake with spoon. Once it is done..
- Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy...
